Request:
1-Good English level both in written and oral
2-3 years above foreign company GM assistant or Admin or HR officer experiences
3-Could work under pressure and manage different company HR and admin aspects autonomously
4-EHS knowledge is preferred.
Responsibility:
1-Assist Plant Manager to work, documentation and internal communication issue,transportation and hotel booking---.
2-Be responsible for attendance management.
3-Be responsible for site HR admin issue (PPE, information display, off permission or overtime approval,documents update---)
4-Be responsible for site EHS issue.
5-Other issues arranged by plant manager or HR manager.
