Senior Interior Designer

资深室内设计师： 

  1)Bachelor’s degree or above in architecture  and interior design; 

建筑和室内设计专业本科或以上学历

2)A minimum of 5 years design and site serivce experience in commercial design;

5年以上室内商业项目设计和现场施工配合工作经验

3)Strong team-work ability. Review work off and assist Designers / Junior / Intern members of design team in

conjunction with Manager / Director;

有团队合作能力。连同项目经理或设计总监审核团队中设计师/初级设计师/实习生工作。

4) Good English and Chinese communication ability（Non-rigid requirements）;

具有良好的双语（英语-中文）沟通能力（不硬性要求）

5) Good at Schematic Design and Construction Documents Production

具有良好的方案设计能力以及施工图制作能力

5)Be proficient in using design software: Archicad and/or Autocad, Photoshop,3D

熟练操作以下设计软件 (Archicad and/or Autocad, Photoshop, Indesign, 3D)

6)Understanding of local building regulations and practices

熟知国内的室内装修规范及要求
