管理一组质量保证人员；

工厂审核，样品审核，产品开发的材料选择；

-向工厂、客户和商品员工提供技术建议和支持，以确保产品质量和合规性；

-识别和解决样品的潜在问题；

-制定产品规范和检验规程；

-履行管理层交办的其他职责。

工作要求：

本科以上学历，质量工程/制造工程/机械工程/电子工程或相关专业；

-超过10年的高质量，其中至少5年专注于电气产品。（***是小家电）

-有领导团队工作经验，其中至少5年以上管理经验；

-良好的英语读、写、说能力；

-具备分析和解决问题的能力；

-良好的沟通、表达和谈判技巧；

-质量过程知识和度量管理思维；

-能在压力下工作；

-了解国际法规；

-以客户为导向，以业务为导向；

-需要时偶尔出差。
