2. Qualifications Required for Job:

2.1. High school diploma; BS Chemistry, Polymer Science, or other technical area desirable.本科毕业。化学，高分子科学，或其它技术领域。

2.2. Minimum of five (5) years rubber industry experience, including rubber formulation development.至少五年的橡胶领域经验，包括橡胶配方的研发。

English, Chinese, and Japanese languages preferred. The first priority is Japanese, but rubber experience and skills will compensate for language. 会讲英文，中国和日语者为佳。会日语优先，如有橡胶行业与技术经验者可降低对语言方面的要求。
