2、负责组织起草、修改和完善人力资源相关管理制度和工作流程；

3、负责招聘、培训、薪酬、考核、员工关系等人力资源日常管理事宜；

4、制度流程建设、各类会议活动组织、办公环境管理、公司各类采购统筹、固定资产、公司仓储及礼品库管理；

5、负责组织编写各部门职位说明书；

6、定期进行人力资源数据分析，提交公司人力资源分析报告；

7、确定公司年度招聘计划、公司人工成本以及行政费用的预算与管理，与部门沟通招聘需求负责招聘工作；

8、帮助建立员工关系，协调员工与管理层的关系，组织员工的活动，改善团队氛围提升团队凝聚力；

9、熟悉人力资源6大模块；负责企业文化宣讲及培训。

10、负责行政后勤总务，办公室等事宜管理协调。

人事行政主管岗位要求
1.有较强的管理能力；

2.熟悉使用办公软件，要求熟练掌握个人电脑技术、MS Word、Excel和Power Point、PPT、PS以及创建多种专业文件的经验；
