岗位职责：

1、负责机器人的研发设计，根据客户需求，为客户量身定做匹配的方案；

2、对业务与客户谈判提供技术支持；

3、负责样品设备的制作以及跟进整个研发制作过程的项目进度；

4、负责给生产车间的生产计划提供技术支持，以及指导助理工程师；

5、负责带领团队独立完成整个非标项目、根据客户要求提出合理的设计方案；

6、了解自动化领域相关知识，掌握行业相关先进技术，了解自动化国内、外发展动态；

7、具备相应的技术管理方面知识及能力，精通CAD、Solidworks相关绘图软件；

8、完成领导交办的其它事项。

岗位要求:

1、25岁以上，全日制本科及以上学历，机械及相关专业毕业，理论知识扎实，学习能力强；

2、五年或以上机械以及机械自动化行业工作经验，熟悉各种机械制造工艺，能独立完成非标机械项目设计；

3、有五年或以上锻压行业如冲床、送料机、二三次元、机械手，焊接自动化行业，注塑机械手行业，机加工自动化设备等行业者优先考虑；

4、熟悉GB机械制图，熟练使用2D、3D及模拟仿真设计软件，熟悉气缸、丝杆、导轨、皮带等自动化行业常用零部件选型；

5、工作积极主动，谨慎细心，较强的责任心和抗压能力，能独挡一面。
