岗位职责：

1、全面负责公司的经营管理，协助董事长制定公司运营战略战术，带领和激励团队完成工作任务，高效落实企业战略；

2、根据公司董事会决议，组织制订公司经营方针、经营目标、经营计划，分解到各部门并组织实施；

3、负责制订并落实公司规章制度（包括薪酬管理、预算编制、预算审批、预算执行、预算进度控制、预算调整、预算考核工作、员工发展规划、控制人力资源管理风险）；

4、执行公司组织机构设置方案，完善内部控制体系；

5、提出公司经营理念，主导企业文化建设的基本方向，创造良好的工作环境、生活环境，培养员工归属感，提升企业的向心力、凝聚力、战斗力；

6、负责处理部门相互之间事务矛盾和问题；

7、负责审核公司经营预算之内费用支出；

8、决定公司各部门人员的聘用任免。对公司的经济效益负责，拥有经营指挥权和各种资源分配权；

9、全面负责公司的生产安全、消防、环保、政府部门联系与沟通等方面工作；

10、重点负责制造中心、综合管理部全面工作和其他部门的考核招聘培训职业生涯规划；

11、完成董事长安排的其他相关工作。

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，人力资源、企业管理等相关管理类专业；

2、具备10年以上生产及人力资源管理经验；

3、熟悉国家及地区关于劳动合同管理、用人机制、保险福利待遇等方面的法律法规及政策；

4、有工厂管理及销售管理人员招聘的工作经验；

5、精通绩效考核；

6、有制定招聘体系、培训体系、薪酬体系、激励体系考核体系工作经验；

7、具备中高级人才引进、调配、薪酬定级、工作考核经验。
