职位描述
岗位职责：
1、对销售工作和市场拓展有着浓厚的兴趣、激情、热爱销售工作；
2、性格外向，具有较强的沟通表达能力、较强的公关能力、应变能力和商务谈判能力；
3、根据市场和公司的战略规划，制定个人的销售计划和目标；
4、不断了解客户需求、市场需求、行业相关信息；
5、可独立制订并实施有效的开拓谈判计划；
6、开发新客户、新市场，增加产品销售范围，并维护重要客户关系；
7、完成公司制定的销售业绩指标。
岗位要求：
1、从事销售工作2年以上，有冲床、拉伸机、模具、机器人、自动化设备、非标自动化设备、机床等经验者优先考虑；
2、性格外向、坦诚、自信、乐观、思维活跃；
3、具备良好的沟通，应变、协调、服务意识、表达能力和销售技巧，谈吐良好,普通话标准流利；
4、有很强的学习能力和开拓精神，能吃苦耐劳，有独立的工作能力。
