岗位职责：

1、主持采购部日常工作，协调与各部门之间的工作关系，协调与各外部各供应商、协力厂的工作关系；

2、负责拟制采购计划，根据公司生产计划要求合理安排采购工作；

3、严格执行采购计划，确保采购物料如期交付；

4、负责制定采购工作流程及采购管理制度，归档保管供应商及技术资料等相关文件；

5、负责编制采购合同，负责与供应商的谈判及合同签订工作；

6、负责控制采购成本，对供应商进行分级管理，根据价格变动制定采购成本改善方案；

7、严把采购质量关，负责与供应商签署技术/质量等相关协议，监督供应商的质量改善；

8、配合处理供应商账务问题，做好票证齐全、票物相符、报帐及时；

岗位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，采购管理、机电类、工业自动化等相关专业；

2、5年以上机电设备采购经验，2年以上团队管理经验，有机电设备、五金等采购经验者优先；

3、熟悉采购管理各项实务的操作流程；具备优秀的谈判沟通能力，熟悉商品成本及利润构成，财务知识，市场营销知识；

4、精通采购原理及成本控制，具备优秀的合同谈判和签约能力，良好的决策判断能力和计划组织能力；

5、工作严谨、认真、有责任心、执行力强、能承受较大工作压力，杜绝利用工作之便，贿赂收受供应商的现金、物品。
