职位描述
工作内容:
1、 负责电话接听转接、来访客人的接待、基本咨询和引见;
2、 负责公司快递、信件登记收发工作;
3、 协调预定会议室,合理安排会议室的使用;
4、 行政费用核对并报销;
5、 协助上级主管对各项人事行政事务的安排及执行;
6、 完成上级领导安排的其他零时工作。
职位要求:
1、良好的职业操守和职业素质,富有亲和力,认同企业文化,能承受一定工作压力,工作态度乐观积极,良好的团队合作意识;
2、具有良好的书面、口头表达能力、极强的亲和力与服务意识,沟通领悟能力强,良好的逻辑思维能力;
