Responsibities:
?Analysing product technical specification from customers, define validation test plan of product, follow results of validation test plan
?Analyse product technical specification from customers, estimate test feasibility, test criticity, test duration
?Define all validation test activities and their organisational structure based on product definition
?Specific process considerations
?Define key acceptance criteria
?Planning and scheduling
?Change control
?Estimate cost and time constraints
?Follow results of validation test plan and communication with related team

Requirements:
-Engineering education background, bachelor degree above
-Minimum 3 years experience in the automotive industry (automotive lighting system a+) in testing or R&D area
-Familiar with the features, production technolegy, validation methods of automotive lighting system
-Good oral and written communication skills in English

市光法雷奥（佛山）汽车照明系统有限公司成立于2006年。由日本市光工业株式会社及法国法雷奥集团共同合作投资建成的，占地88，000平方米，是佛山市属重点发展企业之一。目前，工厂的建筑面积为30，000平方米，为了满足公司的发展需求，二期厂房于2012年1月正式动工，预计2012年底投入使用。公司现有雇员1000多人，拥有注塑、镀膜、总装等工艺。主要生产设备、研究开发设备及检测设备均从日本市光引进。公司的客户有丰田，日产，市光工业，比亚迪，长安标志，大众等。

公司实行5天工作制，每天工作8小时（8：30～12：00　　13：00～17：30）
公司配有通勤班车至佛山城区及广州（珠江新城）。
