Job Responsibilities:

l  Developing a network of potential prospects and generate sales leads;

l  Work in Shanghai, and will cover national opportunities

l  Winning new outsourcing clients;

l  Justify account qualification and design win strategy;

l  Creating and delivering winning presentations, RFP responses and proposals;

l  Develop win strategies in all proposals regarding content, pricing, solution, and other components;

l  Negotiating contracts with potential clients;

l  Creating top accounts’ plans for key accounts;

l  Performing other related duties and assignments as required.

l  Provide client services for existing clients

Job Requirements:

l  Bachelor’s degree or above;

l  Good command of English

l  Experience in e-commerce is a plus

l  Good understanding of call center industry, including business process and technologies

l  5+years of proven success in business development and sales experience;

l  Ability to be consultative and creative in client solutions;

l  BPO industry experience is a plus.
