Requirement:

1. Degree/Diploma in engineering preferably Electrical/electronic engineering.
2. Computer science graduate will also be considered.
3. Some knowledge of software programming, especially in .NET technology
4. Two or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
5. Microsoft or Cisco certification will be an added advantage.
6. Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must.
7. Must be able to attend weekly/fortnightly evening audio/video call with global team which is conducted in English.

Responsibility:

1. Support the infrastructure (telephone, PC, network, servers) in the Foshan Lycra site
2. Secondary responsibility to provide support on shop-floor applications.
3. Provide IT training for site users.
4. May be required to travel to the Nanhai office to provide support
5. May be required to provide remote support to other Lycra sites like Taiwan, Korea, Hong Kong or Singapore
