-End to End responsibility of resource management, from forecasting, capacity planning and scheduling.

-Efficient Utilization plans for both voice and data projects through efficient scheduling and cross utilization.

-Responsible for schedule designing and shift optimization, increase the schedule adherence

-HC, seats and PC consolidation and planning for the projects.

-Support to Project DPE/PEs for scheduling data analysis and improvement projects.

-Supporting the WFM Manager on scheduling improvement and cost reduction projects.

-Supporting Project Managers in identification, measurement scheduling related KPIs.

-Understanding the Scheduling Management system in place and providing better scheduling solutions

-Preparing the scheduling work in advance, and timely update the adhoc scheduling change request

-Bachelor degree

-3 years experience as a WFM/Scheduling/Capacity Planning Specialist in call center industry.

-2 years experience as a schedule specialist to involve in scheduling designing and optimization

- Data analysis working experience is preferred

-Advanced excel skill knowledge, especially for formula&chart using, preferred to grasp Macro tools

-Excellent Knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint, Access etc, and good data analysis skill base on the raw data.

-Clear logic, has a very clear understanding on all call center related KPIs.

-Good oral English is preferred, Experience working in various working culture and working environment & understand their regional accents of English

-Has the knowledge to use IEX, Genesyes is preferred
