Goals and Targets:      

1. Follow TNF leadership and vision in the development and implementation the strategic direction for retail business in the region;  
2. Assist regional manager in implementation regional retail plans & strategies with global brand direction, VF Asia & China Retail strategy;   
3. Achieve all regional goals and KPIs including sales target, discount rate, sell through, comparable growth and store profit.  
4. Accurate annual and monthly sales forecast recommendations incorporating market intelligence to grow business.      

Retail Operations:   

1. Consistently improve retail productivity and showcase the best practice as for a retail excellence; Ensure proper retail systems are in place to meet future growth needs;    
2. Develop retail talents within region through daily management and on the job coaching;  
3. Improve the retail operation quality with the proof from KPIs including MSP and store auditing scores; Maintain healthy store profit by controlling in labour cost and discount.  
4. Assist regional manager proposing, negotiating, and following up new store opportunity and existing door plan;   
5. Partner with marketing to maintain the retail presentation.       

Communication:    

1. Communicate effectively with internal support functions and external suppliers;   
2. Require strong negotiation skills regarding different business needs.      

Team Management:   

1. Hire, train, lead and develop the regional retail team to ensure the planned growth of retail business;   
2. Develop and implement an effective staff engagement program to minimize retail staff turnover rate and bring outdoor culture embedded in the team.

  

Experience：

1. Minimum Relevant Experience: 10 years with relevant experience
2. Minimum Supervisory Experience: 5 years with supervisory experience
3. Minimum Academic Requirement: University degree or above. Business/management major is preferred.

  

 

  

Specific Working Conditions：

Frequency of Travel: 1-2 times per month 2-5 days for every time
