MISSION
Be responsible for daily production of the APU Head Lamp; manage the injection and assembly of Headlamps and the treatment on the surface.

TRAINING AND PROFIL
-Check his budget and make necessary adjustments
-In charge of the QRQC in his APU
-Be responsible of respecting MPS
-Be responsible for production line layout and display board
-Deploy the 5-axes politics, particularly bring VPS principles into action
-Apply, promote and improve SMED in daily activities
-Organize, implement and improve plans with the supervisors and technicians in different lines, and to ensure the target of Valeo 5000 achievement
-He is the privilege contact with other functions (logistics, R&D, etc) to optimize the delivery, cost and the quality of production
-Ensure good social climate in his area and inform to the department of human resource all suggestions for improvement of his domain
-Be responsible for the training for the personnel in his department
-Consolidate the result of APU on regular basis according to the division rules
-Be responsible for the safety in his APU
-Be responsible for scrap cost reduction

TRAINING AND PROFIL
Degree in Engineering
Native language: Chinese. Fluent in English, Experience in mass production, Automotive industry is a must, 5 years experience is a minimum
