Job Duty:
Process PTM is in charge to manage all tasks related to process design, development and implementation according to Project objective and planning.

It includes :
-Ensure process readiness prior to the Full Production Day and Start of Production(SOP).
-Check the manufacturing of the product (participates in preparing/buying analysis, defines the target cost in line with project targets);
-Analysis production feasibility (new technology/product on existing lines), prepares drafts of process line lay out;
-Define process and production means (with support of Machine&Tooling Engineer) in line with VPS
-Define routing, standard time, work instructions;
-Define the packaging of new products;
-Create and lead Process FMEA;
-Participate to design reviews and Design FMEA
-Follow the process improvement and the SOP;
-Organize the training for the operators

Requirement:
-Interface with the Logistic contributor Degree in Engineering.

Requirement:
-At least 3 years experience in the Automotive industry (in functions such as process engineer, engineering member, production supervisor...)
-Strong ability to work under pressure,flexible, reliable, team player.
-Communication skills to obtain timely information from different areas and suppliers.
-Chinese Language + good level English language are mandatory.
