MISSION

· Member of the China Project team, he is in charge of ensuring that technical demands of Chinese customers are met.

· Member of Projet team, he is in charge of the development and validation of products compliant with customer and internal QCD requirements.

MAIN DUTIES

· Analyses requirements & specification to extract performance & functional criteria to be complied with.

· Develops innovative & robust technical solutions to meet the requirements & specifications.

· Designs the 3D functional model and prepares the definition files for product, prototype and test device.

· Leads technically design activities from internal or external contributors.

· Prepares arguments file to justifiy concept or solution selection.

· Elaborates the tolerances stack up files and the technical justification files.

· Defines “Iso metric” functional dimensions and SPPC (Special Product and Process Characteristics”.

· Builds and updates the project timing level 3.

· Contributes to develop the specification of the product and it’s integration in the system.

· Leads the Design FMEA, applies the lessons learned.Collects engineering lessons learned during the product development.

· Presents the design status in the Project Validation Committee.

· Manages drawings, 3D models and the related justification files in VCC PG.

· Leads design reviews.

· Participates to validation tests execution.

TRAINING AND PROFILE

Experience in Engineering of 3 years minimum in automotive industry (lighting, plasturgy is a +).

Chinese Language + Good command of the English language are mandatory, Japanese is a +
