Mission
Ensure the smoothly site operation and competitiveness by purchased best product and service of non production product in terms of availability and price in liaison with Business group.

Main responsibilities
? Drives annual negotiations, manages the services contracts.
? Promotes and implement best practices in terms of consumption reduction and contributes to -30 Plan.
? Leadind for NPP supplier -30P actions (such as the saving calculation, information collection for the actions, and so on).
? Builds and optimizes the panel according to National strategy and Division needs.
? Select IN&OUT suppliers and drives resourcing.
? Solves potential dispute with suppliers (with the help of Branch Lead Buyers if relevant).
? Handle the daily working for Commerce One, SAP, PUMA, P-30 database and SRM.
? Create suppliers account in SAP.
? Follows up the supplier performance and sets up of corrective or progress plans.
? Reports his / her results monthly.
? Participates in Branch co-ordination.

Experience/Education/Qualifications requirements
1.Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business or related field required.
2.At least 3-5 purchase experience in NPP purchasing, knowledge of purchase operation, experience of machine, parts and transportation is plus.
