MISSION
Manage industrial projects (critical process investment, building extension, transfer,...) in Quality, Cost and Timing targets.
Promote and control application of Valeo Values, Culture and Standards (Product, Methodology, Tools) .

MAIN DUTIES
"Manage industrial projects in Quality, Cost, Timing targets
1.Define project scope in coordination with competences center: scope, project organization, timing, budget, capacity,...
2.Prepare related IAR
3.Make risk analysis and build up action plans
4.Co-manage team members and take into account process & logistic constraints, ramp-up, training and back-up plans.
5.Propose corrective actions if required
6.Manage communication with P1 / P0 project managers
7.Report progress to Site and Product Group
8.Manage the technical and DL productivity
9.Deploy PL standard.

Manage means capacities
1.Make capacity analysis for each key equipment and ensure its follow-up
2.Define future investment

Promote and control application of Valeo Values, Culture and Standards (Product, Methodology, Tools)
1.Respect Valeo Code of ethics
2.Respect health, safety and environment charts and requirements
3.Apply 5 axes methodology throughout its project activities"


TRAINING AND PROFILE
1.Engineering degree and knowledge of Product/Process (VPS - process standards)
2.Personal skills to manage functional organization
3.Valeo 5 axes methodology or similar
4.Quality standards (FMEAs, AQP, Process, Logistic,...)
