Mission
By developing and leading delegated maintenance performance help to shop technicians in troubleshooting in continuous operation to increase the reliability, availability and safety of machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities
Is responsible for monitoring the implementation of delegated maintenance and removal of identified deficiencies
Is responsible for the proper control of documentation of preventive maintenance - Level 4 and 5
Is responsible for continuous training of personnel in the delegated maintenance
Training for technician & operators, Support Level 1 & Leve2 maintenance Is responsible for reducing MTTR and increasing MTBF
Is responsible for keeping proper documentation of technical equipment
Performs regular maintenance control performance in the department, removable defects on the spot deals with the supervisor, about the defects of a serious nature informs his superior
Supervises the efficient use of material resources
Decides on the physical destruction of unrepairable spare parts used
Participates in the repairs done by workshop technicians while increasing their professionalism by training them
Defects of larger scale reports to his supervisor according to the maintenance policy and repair is done in accordance with his instructions
Removes failures of OSH and Fire protection
Supervises the proper maintenance of records of repairs carried out
Supervises the proper handling of technical documentation
Works with external companies that are involved in preventive maintenance and technology repairs
Is required to increase his level of knowledge of the installed technology and used management system
In the performance of maintenance is functionally subordinated to the team leader of the maintenance department
Maintains standards of 5S in the workplace
Works in three shifts
Ensures respect of all procedures in accordance with environmental policy
Prevents potential risks of environmental damage
In case of emergency is involved in the discovery of causes, elimination of consequences
Respects and follows with all internal and external standards

Requirement
Experience in maintenance or service required
A general overview of the fields of engineering, light-current and power engineering
manual skilled
Basic knowledge of programmable controllers advantage
Ability to make decisions
Interest to learn and develop own knowledge
