LogisticsCoordinator物流协调员

Purpose of the Job
To ensure internal and external customer satisfaction through the timely, effective and efficient completion of China depot's logistics and purchasing processes.

Job Accountabilities/Key Responsibilities
· Accurate and timly update information in Movex Purchasing module (all contract related purchasing):
coordinate with Depot Sales team, HDC, service team to ensure FR&FU PO is raised on time, the cost is associated with agreement and in right category
· Accurate and timely update information in Movex logistics module and complete logistics process:
Generate Movex Delivery and Return Documents
· Timely arrangement of transport and fuel for signed contracts between depot and customer site.
· Confirm transport and fuel cost and create PO in Movex associated to customer contracts
· Maintian FR&FU planner and monitoring FR&FU recoveries rate
· Coordinate with stransport company, customer, and sales to make sure Delivery Document is signed by the customer.Use of ABI reports and PowerPack
· Updating of fleet status
· Compliance to QHSE Best Operating Practices & ISO 9001 - 2000 Policy and Procedures.
· Promotion of safe working practices within company at all times.
· All other assigned tasks.

Person Specification/Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years experiences of purchasing, logistics, order execution and coordination or relevant area
Prior experience using ERP(preferably Movex) system
Fluent in both English and Chinese
Well versed with Microsoft applications
