Qualification

1.Bachelor or above degree in Electrical Engineering.

2.Minimum 5 years related experience in electrical equipment such as substation, transformer, motor, inverter, soft starter, etc, preferably in chemical plant operation.

3.Familiar with power distribution system architecture, specification, and design.

4.Ability to do transient analysis, fault protection analysis, software logic and circuit system analysis.

5.Basic PC skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for daily application.

6.Ability in reading and written English.

Resonsibilities

1.Provide technology support for all E&I equipments to E&I Technician.

2.Be in charge of reliability and maintenance technology and safety system for all E&I equipments.

3.Be in charge of maintaining DCS system hardware and software safety and integrity.

4.Arrange and check all E&I equipment documents and drawings which delivered from construction.

5.Arrange and establish all E&I equipment BOMs, review X8/9 storage and develop spare parts storage.

6.Review and develop integrated PPM plan for all E&I equipments.

7.Consummate basal documents and techniques and process of FIY、OAM、predictive maintenance for all E&I equipments.

8.Develop spare parts requirement plan based on a detailed PPM plan, and establish an annual budget for all E&I equipments.

9.Understand SAP system and develop analysis and report flow for all E&I equipment failures.

10.Be in charge of RCM、RCA performance and PPM modification for all E&I equipments..

11.Be in charge of MOC performance in all E&I equipments.

12.Participate PCS process and develop equipment check sheet and patrol sheet.

13.Review and develop E&I JP.
