Job description

• Assist in internal financial review, analysis and auditing
• Assist in client contracts management and implementation/monitor internal control procedures;
• Assist in organizing and handling government affairs, including planning, monitoring and tracking. 
• Communicate, coordinate and cooperate with different departments for the task to be completed timely and effectively
• Market research, beneficial government policy and information preliminary study for business development
• Create and maintain comprehensive BP documentation
• Be involved in Annual Operating Planning process                     
• Participated in ad-hoc project or task assigned by management

Qualifications

• Diploma or above major in Business / Finance / Accounting or related discipline
• At least 2 years relevant working experience in Business planning / Financial analysis / Accounting is preferred
• od interpersonal & communication skills with ability to present ideas/comments/suggestions in business-friendly and user-friendly language
• Proactive, initiative and able to solve problems independently
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility and resiliency in the face of changing work requirement
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
