职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责督办、检查各部门经理例会决议的执行情况；
2、组织起草公司重要文件，定期提交公司工作简报；
3、组织起草公司各项管理规章制度并监督实施；
4、审核、控制公司办公费用及相关费用。
5、负责组织公司企业文化建设，提炼和宣传企业理念，举办各种活动，促进员工凝聚力
6、负责将部门工作计划分解到个人，并监督计划完成情况
岗位要求：
1、具备一定的行政管理、文档管理知识；
2、具备良好的文字功底，能按照领导要求撰写相关文件；
3、具备良好的语言表达能力，能与他人进行良好有效的沟通；
4、熟悉人力资源六大模块管理，对国家劳动法律法规及相关政策熟悉；
5、责任心强，善于沟通，执行力强，有亲和力；
6、人力资源、行政管理相关专业，三年以上行政管理工作经验，本科及以上学历优先考虑。
