职位描述
Responsibilities:
1) As a partner with the manufacturing plant to comprehend the business models, understand and document the business requirements;
2) With the necessary knowledge to assist in prioritization, and the translation of such requirements into platform independent functional requirements;
3) Serve other business functions in the plant as on site contact point for business enabling solutions.
4) Work with development team and/or service providers to turn such functional requirements into actual software/platform delivery to value-add to Mattel business functions/processes;
5) Participate in or managing projects as per the project organization;
6) Ensure alignment of IT delivery with global IT strategy.
Requirements
1) Bachelor Degree holder in IT or business;
2) 3-5 years Business Process Improvement experience & Project Management, strong in Logistics,
Production Planning and Finished Goods Sourcing Processes;
3) Good in written English and Mandarin speaking (Cantonese will be plus)
4) Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5) Experience in large scale application implementation (ERP implementation is a preferred)
