Primary Funtion基本职能：

1. Make luxury Leather raw materials sourcing and monthly plan. 负责奢侈品牌原材料采购和制订月度计划。

2. Outsourced Luxury production scheduling until leathers shipping, quality and cost control of each manufacture process. 制订奢侈品牌外包生产计划，包括每一制造过程的皮革运输、质量和成本控制

3. Make working plans for planning department and keep improving scheduling system. 制订计划部门的工作计划，并持续改进生产进度系统。

4. Work with outsourced factory to manage warehouse of rawhides, chemicals, wet blue and finished leathers. 与外包工作合作管理牛皮、化学品、蓝湿皮和成品皮仓库。

5. Manage the operational administration. 负责营运的行政事务。

Major Responsibilities主要职能:

1. Making the working plan of Luxury samples and productions.

制订奢侈品牌样品和生产工作计划。

2. Monitor WIP consumption and daily output, assure the correct and efficient planning for outsourced smooth production.

监控在制品库存和产量以保证外包生产物流的平稳运作。

3. Monitor warehouse inventory status and material in and out.

监控仓储状态，原材料的进与出。

4. Maintain the smooth operation in both raw material warehouse and finish goods warehouse.

保持仓库原材料和成品有序运行。

5. Work with Luxury market sales, technicians to leverage and build new development and seasonal line, setting lab test specs of each leather, RSL standard, color and article standard quality checking and grading standard of WB, crusts and finished leathers.

与奢侈品牌市场销售和技术人员合作，利用和制订新的开发和季节性生产线，建立各种皮革的实验室测试规格，RSL标准，颜色和物品标准，蓝湿皮、硝化皮、成品皮的质量检查和分级标准。

6. Weekly chemical forecast and daily inventory review, chemicals consuming and cost.

每周化学品预算和每日库存回顾，化学品消耗和成本。

7. Follow up all samples and document and communicate key issues through to final adoption, packing and shipping.

跟踪所有样品和文件，并就关键事件进行沟通，直至最终采用、包装和运输。

8. Complete other work which required by Luxury General Manager.

完成上司安排的其他工作。

Required Skills任职资格:

1. Leather and leather making knowledge background, especially handbags leathers preferred. 具备皮革和皮革制作知识，特别是手袋皮具。

2. Good organization, cooperation, and communication skills. 良好的组织能力、团队合作能力、沟通能力。

3. English language skill both spoken and written. 英语流利。

4. Skilled in knowing handbags leathers requests is preferred. 熟悉手袋皮具要求者优先。

5. At least 10 years-experience in leathers business, Handbags leather business is preferred. 10年以上皮革行业工作经验，具有手袋行业经验优先。
