岗位职责:

- 响应数字化潮流，理解业务战略及需求，进行竞品分析，研究数字化解决方案在对公电子平台（证券托管/基金管理）方向的应用，协助产品经理制定产品愿景；
- 根据数字化产品规划或项目要求，开展需求调研，引导用户需求，整理和分析用户需求，对需求进行分类汇总和实现预估，提交需求文档，比如BRD，user story等；
- 根据产品愿景，市场动向，合规要求，预算分配等指标排序需求优先级；
- 将项目需求进行归纳、宣讲并协助开发人员理解、设计；依据需求分析文档进行客户确认、需求验证；
- 管理项目需求范围、制定开发目标，控制和管理用户需求变更，控制项目开发进度和质量；
- 协助测试部分析产品需求/设计/功能说明书，编写测试用例和测试计划；
- 编写功能说明书，总结产品功能点，协助制定运营流程以及提供用户培训；
- 参与敏捷开发的需求分析及项目管理工作，实现微服务短周期上限，实现系统对于市场需求的快速反应；
- 跟踪产品运作情况，收集数据，针对性地优化产品，挖掘创新或改进产品的机会。

此职位隶属于证券服务部的变更管理及交付部 (Change Management & Delivery, CM&D):
- CM&D是HSBC证券服务部中一个为客户需求提供变更服务的全球性职能部门
- CMD通过确立合适的框架来管理大规模的变更及实施
- CMD帮助实现及优化所有证券服务部平台以及相关运营流程的变更

任职资格:

- 计算机、数学、金融或相关专业大学本科及以上学历；
- 2年以上金融相关行业工作经验，有证券基金行业经验者优先，有金融类互联网产品、FINTECH相关领域产品工作经验者优先；
- 有一定的需求调研和分析，需求建模及需求管理相关经验；
- 有一定的项目管理经验，熟悉软件产品开发周期，善于跨部门组织、沟通和协调资源，有PMP证书者优先；
- 良好的英语听说读写能力；
- 良好的沟通和团队合作能力，良好的系统及逻辑性思维能力；
- 有DevOps及敏捷scrum开发相关经验者优先
