Principal Accountabilities
* Retail Sales Target Achievement.
- Achieve the annual targets in retail sales revenue;
- Control the retail store expenses
* Retail Management.
- Manage the daily retail operation for all the appointed retail stores;
- Recruit, manage and lead retail staffs base on the company policy.
- Coach, train and develop the sales staffs overall retail operation technique and knowledge together with training team;
* Inventory Management.
- Work closely with PSA to control the stock of each POS to a reasonable level and optimize the inventory turnover

Qualification & Experience Needed
* Education: College degree holder, or equivalent through experiences.
* Experience: 4 years solid experiences in similar job capacity, with at least 2 years in managerial position; Experience of working with cross cultural partners is an advantage; Apparel industry background is requested.
* Knowledge:Understanding of the Kipling brand as well as the action sports and lifestyle industries.
* Language: Excellent spoken and written Mandarin, Oral and written English ability is an advantage.
* Computer: Good computer operation skilllications.
