①Junior Engineer：
1.Add/Remove unit into SGSN
2.Add/Remove unit into FISN/FNG
3.Install CD for SGSN/FISN/FNG
4.Collecting log for SGSN/FISN/FNG
5.Identify cable connection and interface connectivity
6.Prepare SOP for HW change and log collection
7.Understand and know how to user Resolve tool
8.Read NED and identify alarm for minor troubleshooting
9.Knowing Resolve tool and process

②Senior Engineer：
1.Familiar with Resolve tool and process
2.C & I SGSN independently and coaching capability
3.C & I FISN independently and coaching capability
4.Perform SW Upgarde for FISN/FNG/SGSN
5.Review CD/TN/CN with customer
6.Taking role of 1st line ESS
7.Support RNC migration
8.Support IP Pool expansion
9.Perform intermediate troubleshooting for NE problem
10.Perform Acceptance test for SGSN/FISN/FNG
11.Prepare SOP for the JP Task.

Contract Period： 2 years
