①Junior Engineer：
1.Able to explain the architecture of the NetAct
2.Able to explain the concepts of User workstations, Application servers and Linux servers
3.Able to list the most commonly used environmental variables
4.Able to explain High availability solution
5.Able to explain the RTE in Tier3 and Tier2 servers
6.Able to explain LDAP implementation
7.Able to use the check scripts on CS to find stopped processes
8.Able to create and modify users in NetAct in OSS5.3
9.Able to use the Permission Manager in NetAct
10.Able to grant the access to NEs such as MSS, MGW, SGSN,GGSN
11.Able to use the applications Audit Trail, Software Manager, Licence Manager and Time Management
12.Able to manage the network element licences by using the network element licence manager application
②Senior Engineer：
1.Able to explain the services: CORBA, NWI3, Websphere MQ, JMS, workstation message service
2.Able to perform OSS Oracle database administration
3.Able to write shell scripts for NetAct administration tasks
4.Able to use the backup and restore NetAct
5.Able to maintain the RedHat Directory Server (LDAP)
6.Able to admin and configure NetAct OSS Connection Server
7.Understand and know how to use Resolve tool
8.Able to know where to search for required information e.g NED, Share Inside
9.Knowing Resolve tool, process and able to create trouble tickets
10.Perform Acceptance(WT, CT) test for NetAct
