职位描述
1)Junior Engineer:
1.Assist planning and optimization of 3G network following global best practices and NSN techniques.
2.Assist in network problem troubleshooting and analysis of poor performing areas on cell, cluster and network level (Performance Management).
3.Support the analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and perform detailed investigation to ensure performance improvement of existing network.
4.Assist analysis of neighbor relations, perform network configuration auditing and other various Configuration Management tasks.
5.Assist in customer and VIP problem investigation using various tools including OSS data and field measurement information.
2)Senior Engineer:
1.Independently work on planning and optimization of 3G network following global best practices and NSN techniques.
