Responsibilities:

- Deploy WCM/continuous improvement initiatives and lead the implementation of WCM projects;

- Train and mentor employees in the applications of various WCM tools and methodologies;

- Lay out value stream map and drive and track improvement activities to optimize value stream;

- Establish and track performance metrics that accurately measure and reflect the plant status;

- Lead the standardization activities in terms of meeting, reporting and visual management;

- Act as a window person to bring the best practice of WCM from other sister plants into Foshan.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in manufacturing environment and at least 1 year experience of

lean management;

- Good track record of demonstrated organization and coordination ability;

- Familiar with productivity improvement techniques including the use of problem solving methods

- Effective communication skills and good English level.
