Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the stable running of facility system including equipment periodical

maintenance and troubleshooting;

- Responsible for machine installation and status follow up;

- Responsible for preventive maintenance plan and its execution;

- Management relevant materials and documents including drawings, also control on spare parts;

- Plan and coordinate facility improvement or modification activities;

- Facility related activities under budget control;

- Initiate and perform energy saving and other cost reduction activities;

- Work with Government for electrical power supply, etc. and related activities.

Job Requirements:

- Graduate from college or above, major in Electrical or related engineering;

- At least 8 years of working experience with more than 5 years experience in facility

Management;

- Good Knowledge and experience in systems, such as Chillers, Cooling Towers, Air Compressor,

Fire lighting System, Crane, Plant Construction, Electrical Power Supply, Ventilation Systems, etc.;

- More than 5 years working experience at joint venture company or foreign owned

Enterprises;

- High motivation level and self-initiative required;

- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills;

- Good command of both spoken and written English, this is not a must for the candidate with

rich related working experience;

- Strong logic thinking, problem analysis and solving skill.
