Job Responsibility:

NEW PRODUCTS' LAUNCH

1. To preside and to coordinate the activity of qualification and approval of the production moulds, participating to the activities of problem solving with the Department involved and the external suppliers, in respect of the product development schedule.

2. To characterize, through the process' initial qualification, the functional parameters of the system mould/press, issuing the necessary documentation for the production.

3. To participate to the D/PFMEA meetings, within the development teams.



SERIES PRODUCTION

1. To contribute, cooperating with the production responsible, to the moulding problems' managing/accomodation (processes' optimization, continuous improvement, scrap reduction on critical products)

2. To contribute to the production supervisors' training, through training on the job and specific training.

3. To promote the technical efficiency on testing/use of new materials and new systems of moulding process management.



IN GENERAL

1. To apply the security and environmental principles, respecting of their requirements.

2. Obey other given works by lead.



Job Requirement :

1. A bacheler degree in any technical discipline or equivalent

2. With a minimum of 3 years experience in injection molding environment.
