Mission
1.Describe the principal mission of the position
2.Ensure production equipment maintenance.
3.Contribute to new project competitiveness by proposing machines improvements.

Responsibilities
1.Ensure production equipment maintenance
Develop & implement a cost effective maintenance policy (processes, standard, supplier panel,) .
Establish, update & respect standard for equipment maintenance, respecting E,S&H regulations.
Organize & manage preventive maintenance of equipment.
Negociate maintenance contracts for equipment maintenance with the support of purchasing.
Support if needed Production Department on repairing, to guaranty non recurrence.
Formalize & develop the maintenance competence.

2. Contribute to new project competiveness by proposing machines improvements
Use experience & methodology (TPM) to propose improvements on new machines & associated equipment.

Requirement
1.Engineering degree background;
2.Experience in mechanical, electrical & automatism maintenance;
3.Experience in machine design is a plus.
