Mission
Within the framework of a family of products or technology, he is responsible of :
- - the conception of the new generation products within the framework of experimental P1 or of P2,
- the distribution(broadcasting) of the existing standards in products P1 derived of the family,
- the technical supervision of the HW designers of the product's family or the concerned technology (CTCe, subcontractors, and providers)
- Design reviews and application of HW methodology
- Ensure the conception in his HW basic job according to the methodology of HW development
- Ensure the coordination of the activities of industrialization development.

Responsibility
? Ensure the technical responsibility and the electronic expertise in the concerned sector.
? Ensure the skills transmission in his network through the enrichment of the electronic standard database.
? Ensure the necessary coordination of jobs for the development of products and technologies (mechanics, industrialist, purchases, software and system)
? Elaborate the general conception and pilot the optimization of each function by coordinating the activity of the various participants (engineers and hardware technicians of the project, the technical piloting he ensures) according the criteria of costs, quality and deadlines as well as the constraints process and quality in production. Assures(Insures) the coordination of the jobs(businesses) necessary for the development of products and the technologies (mechanics, industrialist, purchases, software and system) Assures(Insures) the coordination of the jobs(businesses)
? Realize the specifications and the technical documentation, according to the methodology and ensure the knowledge transfer on the developments realized to the projects P1
? Lead the conception magazine on the various aspects of the development.
Apply, communicate and ensure if manager the compliance with the procedures and Environmental, Safety and Security good practices, to know, for their activities and the activities of subcontractors, the potential risks and their consequences, be there attentive and be reagent and know the associated action plans.

Requirement
1. Electronic engineering background;
2. 7 to 8 years of experience in design automotive electronic, embarked systems (, sensor, step by step engine or in direct current);
3. Project and R&D experience .
4. Fluent English and Chinese.
