Working hours
1.The Full-time Teacher works for 40 hours per week, of which 22 hours (11classes) are contact teaching hours


Main Responsibilities
1.Reposible for 2-12 year-old kids English Teaching & promotional events related to teaching.
2.Supportive to student's retention.
3.Make funny atmosphere in class.


Requirements
1.Native English speaker.
2.Education background: Bachelor's degree or above.
3.Teaching experience or TESOL/TEFL is preferred.
4.Have great presentation and communication skills.
5.Love teaching, strong passion for English teaching ,a sense of humor is a plus.
6.With a patient, responsible & reliable personality.

Professional Development
1.Regularly evaluate own performance and progress .
2.Attend and participate in workshops in teacher development offered by the centre .
3.Observe and be observed by teaching colleagues.
4.Be pro-active in improving teaching skills through sharing knowledge with colleagues, and using teaching resources found in the centre, Internet and any other available sources.
