HALO ASIA LTD.--Sales Executive
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Present and sell company products and customer experience services to current and potential clients.
- Manage account services through quality checks, delivery and other follow-up.
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
- Establish, maintain and strengthen current client and potential client relationships. Listening to customer requirements and
presenting appropriately to make a sale.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement, price and closing sales.
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements; Feeding future buying trends back to employers;
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field
activity to appropriate company staff.
- Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.
- Other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in marketing events such as trade shows, seminars.
- Follow-up for collection of payment.
- Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Good at reading, writing, speaking English. Better to be able to read and speak third foreign language.
- Familiar with international trading terms and terms of delivery.
- Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver good presentations. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills.
- Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel to current and potential clients.
- Five years of sales or marketing experience.
- It is better if with knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
