Brand Manager




Opportunities & Challenges:


1.Build up the industrial brand MATICLINE and grow it up effectively. At the same time, provide professional consultancy to help the company's clients build up their FMCGs brands in the related markets, currently mostly developing & underdeveloped countries and regions;

2.Cooperate with the company's designers to develop winning brands for our clients in FMCGs sector; and develop brand identity, brand planning & its related marketing proposals; Manage overseas marketing assistants to make detailed market communications, esp. PR activities, press release etc.

3.Finding and developing effective approaches to generate quality leads for complex sale; contribute marketing ideas for both the company and our clients.

4.Frequent opportunities to travel home and abroad. Here is going to be a great place for you to practice all your ideas and theories on brand management.




Interviewers Must-know:



1.You must be able to love the brand MATICLINE. And you must be mad at brand creation, development & management. The career's success requires spirit of paranoid and full dedication.

2.You have to be a great story-teller and good at writing compelling marketing stories, which can be publicized in magazines, newspapers and even commercials. As your stories' audience is foreigners, your English must be excellent.

3.You need to have extensive marketing and branding knowledge; and good evaluation and application skills of modern brand management concepts is crucial. Therefore you were and are a great reader of the marketing and branding management books.

4.You must be interested in branding for both B2B and B2C business, and better have clear idea about their differences.

5.Team spirit is required although individualism is also highly appreciated.
