职位描述
工作职责Responsibilities:
- 负责编制新项目的全过程导入的时间计划表，确保各项工作按计划开展
- 定期召开新项目的回顾会议，确保发现的问题被及时的得到跟踪解决
- 协调确保新项目的工艺策划按时完成并得到批准，并给于项目CAR 在工艺投资上的输入
- 协调组织新项目的前期cpk的评估
- 管理和维护新产品的材料分供方清单，确保所有原材料根据Launch时间节点完成各项工作，例如零部件OTS, PPAP交样，认可等
- 管理和维护新产品的设备，工装清单，确保所有设备工装按照到位，并按时完成所有调试工作
- 协调并参与新项目的过程可行性分析的批准
- 协调组织新项目试生产中的各项任务，并跟踪问题直到解决
- 管理并控制新项目的投资，确保新项目的实际投资在预算范围之内
- 协调组织新项目各个阶段的样件发送（客户）
任职资格 Qualification:
- 机械设计制造及自动化专业
- 大学本科，英语良好（德语优先），3年以上在汽车零部件行业的工作经验,
- 熟悉项目管理
- 有汽车行业焊接经验者优先
- 良好的沟通协调能力
