职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Handover management
负责交付控制。
2. Control of Production cost
负责制造费用控制。
3. Control of Inventory
负责存货控制。
4. Responsible for EHS
负责公司EHS工作。
5. Responsible for Lean
负责提高生产效率，降低废品损失（精益生产）。
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Mechanical relative.
大学本科以上学历，机械工程或电气工程相关专业。
2.At least 5 years experience in manufacturing background, at multi-functional positions such as quality, logistics etc.
5年以上包括质量、物流等多岗位的生产管理经验。
3.Experience in automotive and mechanical products with big team management experience.
汽车、机械产品行业经验，领导具规模团队的管理经验。
4.Able to motivate people and implement systems, able to drive continuous improvement.
能够激励员工执行流程，并推进持续改善。
5.Good negotiation & communication skills.
出色的谈判和沟通技巧
6.Good command of English would be preferred.
能熟练运用英语
