Position: Sales Support (Guangzhou)

General Description

· Handling customer inquiries & quotations

· Supporting BD for daily sales activities

· Administration support for BDs and department

Specific Accountabilities

· Prepare quotations and response for rate enquiries (overseas or local customers) for Sales when necessary

· Act as a key customer contact for pricing and coordinate with Air/Ocean Freight dept. for scheduling and shipping if need.

· Provide service information to customers

· As the back up to take care of all customer related matters during the absence of outside sales / tradelane manager (leave /business trip / sick)

· Assist Air/Ocean Freight dept. to smoothen the operation if needed

Skills Required

· Information and Communication Behavior

· Analytical Ability

· Team Building and Cooperation

· Knowledge of International Trade, Transportation and relevant Laws, Regulations, Process and Procedures

· Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin

Experience and Qualifications

· University graduated or above

· Minimum 2 years working experience in logistics industry with operation background, among which minimum 1 year experience in Sales Administration / Inside Sales / Sales Support
