Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Harbin
Report to: Director, Head of CNH China Business Development

Responsibilities:
l Experience on Greenfield project is preferred.
l Identify and analyze business opportunities for CNH in China
l In charge of strategy planning and financial model
l Participate in M&A projects in China
l Act as project manager for selected feasibility M&A related feasibility studies and other M&A related projects
l Participate in analyzing business opportunities in greenfield projects in China
l Analyze profitability and business development of selected benchmarks and competitors in China
l Establish contacts to key stakeholders in area of responsibility in China

Requirements:
l Bachelor degree or above, major in business related subject, AG background is preferred
l Fluent Chinese and English
l Have the capability to be promoted to more demanding tasks in China in future
l 3-5 years or above related working experience
l Good communication skill and influence power
l Good team spirit
l Ambitious to work for good performance
l Loyal and flexible
l Be able to travel frequently.
