【岗位职责】：

1、进线电话

（1）接听客服热线，与所有客户联络中心员工一起保证客服热线的畅通

（2）为客户提供咨询报价、寄送下单、取件安排、快件查询、投诉处理等服务

（3）准确及时记录并转达客户需求，必要时和其他部门一起协同为客户提供服务出线电话

（4）高效率高质量地处理取件问题和/或下单问题

2、行政职能

确保执行内容信息和系统准确、完成和及时录入

【岗位要求】：

1、2016届应届毕业生或往届毕业生（要求能够保证全职工作）

2、大专或以上学历，专业不限

3、英语四级或六级以上，具有较好的英语口语及读写能力

4、具有良好的客户服务意识

5、沟通能力良好，反应快速

6、电脑操作熟练，能熟练使用office办公软件

【工作时间】：

每天8小时工作制，8:30-19:30之间安排轮班，轮班制，做五休二，周日固定休息。
