General Description:
Responsible for accuracy of shipping documents and billing, proper filing and deliver the documents to the correct parties on time, and contact with customer for check and confirm the b/l, the payment, send documents to overseas on time.
Specific Accountabilities:
? Editing the shipment information to the System
? Issuing/printing the company house bills of lading
? Submit shipping instruction to the carriers
? Proof reading of ocean bill of ladings sent by carriers
? Release the bill of lading to customers against the essential documents and payments
? Filing properly.
Skills Required:
? Fair in English.
? Hard working and ability to work under pressure, OT required
? Good phone manner, person to person relationship
? PC Knowledge : MS Excel & Word / Chinese Word Processing
? Team Building and cooperation
? Commitment for Quality
? Documentation background needed for this position
Experience and Qualifications
? College or above.
? At least 3 year related experience in sea freight forwarding company.
