招聘岗位：海运操作

职位描述：
1. 处理日常海运操作；
2. 以操作FOB\EXW等货物出口为主，根据国外的指示联系工厂，帮助完成货物的出口订舱等操作；
3. 根据合同计算出客户货物应收应付费用，货物运输的跟踪、运费的结算及发票等事宜；
4、与国外保持良好的沟通，确保货物顺利出口到国外，灵活处理各种突发情况。
5、客户投诉、纠纷处理。

职位要求：
1. 大专以上学历（不接受实习生）。
2、1-2年的外贸工作经验或相关的业务领域（最好是在货运代理或船公司）；国际经济贸易专业或物流专业优先；
2. 英文4级以上水平；普通话或广东好熟练；
3. 熟悉办公软件（Excel / Word）操作。

待遇：
1、基本工资4000元-6500元；
2、五天工作日，五险一金、商业保险、带薪年假10-15天、双休。
3、依法缴纳社保、住房公积金，公司以及个人的公积金部分由公司支付；
4、此岗位有外出培训机会
5、每年4月会提薪一次
6、每年根据经营效益及员工绩效发放奖金（主要看绩效）
7、年底双薪（额外发多一个月工资）

操作员→高级操作员→副主管→主管→部门副经理→部门经理
