Position: Executive Assistant
Reporting to: Head of Guangdong Province
Salary: Negotiable
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Provide secretarial and administrative support to Head of Guangdong Province in a professional manner, backup the administrative support to the offices and assist in company events / activities organization.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Assist Head of Guangdong Province in all daily routines;
- Maintain and organize meetings and events, take meeting minutes; Make travel and business visit arrangements for Head of Guandong Province;
- Assist Head of Guangdong to coordinate all internal and external relationships;
- Prepare and translate presentation materials, documents, letters, speeches etc.;
- Assist in implementing company policy and regulations;
- Provide backup support to the office for administration services when necessary, such as colleagues and visitors’ travel arrangement, water supply arrangement, office facility management, etc.;
- Assist in company events / staff activities organization and arrangement, such as annual dinner, team building, etc.
- Other ad hoc assignments.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is a must, Cantonese a plus.
- Proficiency in MS office, i.e. word, excel, PPT.
- With good communication and interpersonal skills.
- With good coordination, planning and executive capability.
- Sense of confidentiality.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- At least 3 years related working experience in MNC or JV; With experience and knowledge in administration function.
