岗位职责
1、负责前台来访人员的接待；
2、负责电话、邮件、信函的收转发工作，做好工作信息的记录、整理、建档；
3、根据要求采购日常办公用品及员工名片制作等工作，并及时登帐；
4、负责员工出差预订机票、火车票、客房等，差旅人员行程及联络登记；
5、负责办公室饮用水、电费、网络电话的管理；
6、负责公司会议室使用管理及办公区卫生环境管理；
7、完成领导交办的其他或临时工作。
任职资格
1、大专及以上学历，可接受应届毕业生；会口头英语优先录取。
2、具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力，及较强的保密意识；
3、熟练使用Word、Excel等办公软件；
4、具有良好的适应能力，能在压力下工作；5、形象气质好，乐观开朗，服务意识强，工作有热情。
