1、统筹管理公司行政后勤服务工作：监督后勤工作的执行，并提出改进意见；
2、负责公司行政事务的上传下达；
3、负责公司的印章管理；负责通讯、交通、招待、办公费用的审核和标准管理；
4、负责各部门之间和领导之间的协调；
5、负责公司总部的车辆调度；
6、统筹负责档案文书管理：负责制定、完善档案文书管理的各项规章制度，并监督执行，做好保密工作；
7、负责相关会议的组织，以及会议决议的督办事项：负责会议场所的安排与布置；负责会议相关活动的安排；负责会议决议的督办事项；
8、负责公司的接待工作及政府关系、公共关系的建立、维护及保持：负责公来访人员的接待；负责公司相关的公共关系建立、维护、保持。
